we book 3-6 months At a time (depending on the artist and their schedule outside of the studio).
In progress pieces (from our studio), and rescheduling due to artists cancellation get priority booking before books open each round.

Books for Elyce are now closed for the April-June round. Her books are closed until further notice because she is expecting a baby in fall of 2024! Flash and cancellations will be posted to her Instagram @ely_ink as they become available.
Books for mai (MAY) will open Saturday, April 6th from 12am-11:59pm ONLY. This will be for the April-June booking round. Flash and cancellations will be posted to her Instagram @Inked.by.Mai as they become available.

Jenn TacoS’ guest spot updates are only available via her social media and ours As shared/collaborated posts- she is exclusively in charge of her booking schedule. Follow her @jenntacotattoos for the latest updates.
Apprentice, MARYLEE, will be posting flash pieces to her personal Instagram @marymade_ink. these are first come first serve, and will not be repeated. Apprentice tattoo pricing is discounted from the normal studio rates and are priced per piece instead of per hour. Submission forms are required to book these flash as well.
ALl other guest spots will be posted to the guest artists’ Instagram as well as shared/collaborated with the studio page @justanotherhitw.
How to successfully
submit for consideration
when books are open:
click on the book with us button below to submit your form.
Submissions will only be accepted during days books are open- any forms sent outside of the booking window will need to be re-SUBMITTED during the next booking cycle.
ALl booking is done via the email/the studio phone- No social media dms or text inquiries will be accepted so please refrain from personally messaging staff.
please fill out the submission form completely for a smoother booking process.
only one submission form is needed, even for multiple tattoo requests per person.
references for all tattoos must be submitted along with form in order for your inquiry to be considered, unless they’re already on file.
submission forms requesting dates outside of current booking window or for an artist whose books are closed will not be considered.
Please be aware that often times we will only be able to reach out to people whose submissions are chosen by the artists due to the number of requests that come in.
please give us up to two full business weeks (tues-sat) after books close for the artists to look over submissions and choose the ones that speak to them BEFORE we begin reaching out to you- our artists and booking managers are hard working humans, not robots.
The artists have to take time between tattooing and drawing custom work to go through submission forms so there may be a delay in wait time before we are able to get to everyone.
We will reach out to you via email so please respond within one week via either email or phone call to ensure that we do not overlook you when booking consultations.
We will not call multiple times but we may leave a courtesy voicemail or email for you to return.
books fill up more quickly than you think, so please be patient if you do not get chosen this round. we are doing our best to be fair to everyone while our artists are also looking for pieces that reflect the type of artistry they want to convey- through you!
